Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role preferred, however; remote would be acceptable located in Calgary, AB for a Corporate Travel Consultant. The Corporate Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide travel advice, ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, and resolve issues that arise before, during, and after travel. The role also involves maintaining client travel profiles and staying updated with travel industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Proficiency with Sabre
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and procedures
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve travel-related issues efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
