Job description: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-years experience within the travel/wholesale industry or marketing industry, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, is an effective team player and is TICO certified.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Entering and maintaining agency registrations/internal system access (SIREV, TTS, holacaribeagent.ca)
• Action monthly Comarketing actions with suppliers • Coordinating advertising campaigns, media proposals, materials and production as required
• Web loading and content management for company website using Word Press and Social Media outlets
• Coordinate annual brochure production with sister company Caribe Sol • Create and distribute all flyers and materials on all products and promotions
• Coordinate and participate in all sales and company events • Complete press releases and send to editorial contacts • Assist rep requests (flyers for the sales calls and trainings, information, supply templates etc)
• Month End tasks (inventory/accruals) • Updating internal phone system • Manage stock quality control (stock room items)
• Assist other departments as needed
• TICO Certified •
Skills Needed:
• Ability to work with WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, CANVA, PHOTOSHOP and Word Press programs
• Ability to meet deadlines in an organized and timely manner
• Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
