The Travel Agent Next Door is a Host Travel Agency dedicated to supporting and providing business-building tools to help Travel Agents succeed in their business. The Travel Agent Next Door is now hiring a Travel Trainer for its support office in downtown Toronto, located by Union Station.
This position requires an energetic individual who possesses exceptional customer service skills, computer skills and attention to detail, along with an ability to multi-task and enjoys being involved in many aspects of training. The Travel Trainer will be responsible for training on our tools, sales, product as well as maintaining our calendar of events. They will develop training modules for our Learning Library based on the training needs of the travel agents and monitor usage as well as maintain the Learning Library loyalty program. They will also perform training in person and via webinar on products offered by The Travel Agent Next Door.
