Sales and Reservations Agent / Product and Distribution Agent Full Time

Visit-Canada is a well-established in-bound tour operator to Canada is looking for experienced
professionals to join our team of travel planners:

1. Sales and Reservations Agent
Position responsibilities include the sales, planning, itinerary building and booking of group,
incentive, and individual trips within Canada through our international B2B customers.
Contacting suppliers to source product offers and build complete itineraries include creating
customer quotes and supplier inventory confirmation.

2. Product and Distribution Agent
Position responsibilities include creation and building of product offerings inclusive of
negotiating product agreements, building pricing offers and inventory management. Ensuring
quality control and the product information is uploaded to website and digital platforms.
Successful candidates will be customer focused and have:

• Experience with booking and quoting groups, incentive travel and FIT itineraries
• Product knowledge of selling Canada
• Knowledge of GDS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM software
• Superior customer services skills
• TICO certification
• Previous experience working for or with a DMC is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and knowledge of Portuguese, French or Spanish is an asset
• Must be organized and have ability to multitask
• Must be eligible to work in Canada

In-office positions, located at Buttonville Airport | Markham, Ontario.
