Production Coordinator Permanent

Baxter Media, Canada’s leading travel trade media company is seeking an interdepartmental support person. Working with the Production Department and reporting to the Production Manager, you will assist with print and digital material trafficking, and liaise with our clients and sales team in seeking approvals on campaigns. You must be organized and able to work independently to tight deadlines. This is not a graphic artist position, however a background in print and web design would be helpful.

Responsibilities: 

• Schedule ads in Google Ad Manager

• Work with sales, editorial and marketing departments to ensure production deadlines are met

• Liaising with clients to expedite the receiving of ad material and placement

• Data entry for other departments

• Digital asset management

• Provide reports from CRM

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of magazine, digital and print production experience

• Knowledge of MagHub or a similar CRM (training provided)

• Experience in digital ad placement programs

• Basic html knowledge

• Digital asset management experience or willing and excited to learn

• Comfortable using and creating spreadsheets for analysis purposes

• Knowledge of print/digital processes is an asset

• Must be organized, detailed and above all, a people person

Baxter Media is located in Toronto and is currently working on a hybrid model of work from home and in office. This is an hourly, permanent position. Number of hours to be determined.
