Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant at Walnut Grove Cruise & Travel Ltd in Langley, BC. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, assisting customers with reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert travel consulting advice.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in making Travel Arrangements
- Customer Service skills
- Reservations management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and cruise packages
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
