Reporting to the Operations Manager at Base Camp, the Operations Tour Leader (aka, CEO) Administrative Officer will be responsible for the governance and efficiency of all operational systems and process related to tour leader/CEO administration. CEO stands for Chief Experience Officer which is what we call Tour Leaders at G Adventures. As a CEO systems expert, you will be the go-to for all CEO system management, driving positive change, proactively improving processes and effectively communicating with stakeholders across the business. Collaborating with departments like Technology, Finance, Talent and Local Operations, you will work to ensure that CEOs and CEO management teams have a voice and CEOs’ needs are recognized and addressed.
