Job description
We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, service-oriented, organized and collaborative team player to join us on the Sales & Marketing Team as an Account Manager for the travel industry.
The role will see you presenting unique destinations to the B2B travel space – targeting new business, increasing destination exposure, developing new product as well as driving sales to the destinations and partners. The Account Manager will manage, grow and develop relationships with tour operators, travel agents, airlines, OTAs, and other affinity groups. This position is responsible for expanding these channels, training travel agents, and maintaining extensive knowledge of all represented destinations.
The role is also responsible for developing and managing cooperative advertising partnerships with tourism organizations and travel-related companies. The role must manage multiple priorities while navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder environment to deliver against objectives. The successful candidate will have strong organizational & interpersonal skills, as well as creative thinking and analytical evaluation abilities.
