Job Description:
Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 5 plus years of travel consultant experience
  • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of domestic, trans-border and international travel destinations
  • Work with complex International Routings
  • Experience with corporate car and hotel bookings
  • Full working knowledge of fares and rules
  • Working knowledge of industry procedures for exchanges
  • TICO certified
  • Basic knowledge of MSOffice
  • Must be willing to work at onsite location
Responsibilities will include:
  • Build complete, accurate and detailed client files to include Domestic, Trans-border and International bookings
  • Accurately complete changes to client files
  • Establish and maintain a rapport with clients in order to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve complex client service issues
  • Effectively manage time and workload
  • Proactively and creatively research and advise best options for Travel Requests
  • Confidentiality is of importance
  • Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday – 8-4pm Pacific Time
